Boats will gather in the harbor by the Friday Harbor Labs, all polished and pressed, the boats will parade one by one towards town. This year’s theme is: “Come as you are”. Boats will be judged in 2 categories: Traditionally Dressed and Theme Dressed, by this year’s parade marshal Fred Hoeppner.
