As dozens of reflexes are stimulated, the function of your corresponding organs and glands will be enhanced. In addition, conditions like stress, insomnia, depression, circulation, elimination and hormone imbalance can be effectively treated. Your feet will savor this relaxing & pampering experience, which will leave you “walking on air!”

Craniosacral Therapy: Grounded in precise anatomy of the brain, skull and spinal cord, Craniosacral is a quiet, non-invasive hands-on technique. It can de-stress the nervous system and release held tension and negative patterns in the head and throughout the body. 60 minutes.

High Touch Jinshin: Jin Shin is a powerful hands-on work, which is performed through a quiet bodywork pattern of gentle touches that increase the energy throughout the body to promote healing and change. 60, 75 or 90 minutes.
